The Study of Life from a Christian Worldview

In this 5-day a week, year-long program, students will study chemical principles in biology, explore the nature of proteins, nucleic acids, cells, ecosystems, biomes, photosynthesis, the Genetic Code, DNA, genetic patterns, genomics, plant taxonomy, animal taxonomy, and consider a Christian perspective on biological origins. They will investigate interactions and interdependencies of organisms in their natural environments and develop laboratory skills with microscopes and dissections.

Clear lesson objectives, bolded vocabulary terms, practice exercises, hands-on labs with microscope and dissections, lab report assignments, quizzes, and exams are all part of the course when combined with the required Biology Teacher Guide, sold separately. The lab book, Biology Through a Microscope, and access to a microscope is recommended.
