Door of Hope (Teacher's Guide)

The message of hope is the message of the Bible. In this book by Clarence Sexton, we enter into the marvelous story of God’s enduring love for us as illustrated by the prophet Hosea and his unfaithful wife, Gomer. In bringing us to Himself, the Lord often hedges our way with painful thorns. He will bring us into a valley of overwhelming trouble from which we cannot free ourselves or our loved ones; yet when we turn to Him, we will find a door of hope, not an exit from trouble, but an entrance into His presence.

The Teacher’s Guide is a three-ring notebook containing valuable information to assist the teacher in the preparation and presentation of the Bible lesson. These notes are identical in format to the Study Guide. The page numbers on the Teacher’s Notes correspond to the page numbers in the Study Guide. Also included are class teaching notes and lesson aims which may be removed from the Teacher’s Guide and placed in the teacher’s Bible to assist in teaching the lesson.
