Description
David Cloud provides a pointed critique of what he calls "New Evangelicalism." In his book, he gives the idea that this new philosophy overtaking Christians is divisive, pervasive, and detrimental to the soul.
The apostate fruit, he says, of New Evangelicalism, are the key leaders of this movement. He says they desire softness and tolerance, over the biblical idea of separation. They also would classify some biblical truths as "unimportant" and others as "important."
This new movement is detrimental to the church and David Cloud seeks to demonstrate why it is such.
