Sound Doctrine - Revised Edition

For the New Testament believer, theology is at the same time the most essential feature of New Testament preaching and teaching, and the most elusive.  I have observed that , although an abundance of theological material and tools are available for the pastor and his people, there is a dearth of sound dcotrine in the land today with New Testament Christianity.

This book will be successful if the reader will stand in Timothy's sandals, as it were, and learn the unraveling revelation of God as He inscripturated truth through these two Epistles of Paul to Timothy.  I have focused around the main motif of the Epistles, namely Ecclesiology several headings from Systematic Theology including, Bibliology, Theology Proper, Soteriology, and Eschatology, since these themes were normative in the firts century as the scheme of progressive revelation. ~ Dr Thomas Strouse
