Description
Titus 2 is clear that it is “aged women” who are to “teach the young women to … love their husbands … [and] children” and to be “keepers at home.” There are strong negative and positive reasons for this: “that the word of God be not blasphemed” and “that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.”
This is not only a missing ministry in many churches, but it is also a critically important ministry. No male pastor can meet the qualifications for this ministry, nor does he know the things to say to younger women that they need to hear! And if he knew the things to say, younger women would not be as likely to listen to him as they would an older woman.
Find out here who these “older women” are and the powerful transformations they can make in homes and lives when they fulfill their responsibilities.
